Utah FACES is a volunteer not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization developed to raise funds that will be used to expand and enhance the care and support of animals that come into the Salt Lake County Animal Services shelter.
Membership in Utah FACES is open to everyone who makes contributions to the support of the corporation at least once each year. In addition to financial support, there are frequent opportunities for volunteer contributions of time and effort at the various meetings and activities. In-kind gifts are also very helpful to assisting Utah FACES as it seeks a variety of ways to help the thousands of animals served by Animal Services.
Our 10-member Board of Directors is elected by and from the members of Utah FACES at the Annual Meeting or at other regularly scheduled meetings.
